Prayer & Praise Hour
Mondays, 10am on Zoom

Join us as we pray for the families we serve, the children, our volunteers, for wisdom, and for however the Spirit leads.  Contact us to be included!

ESL Classes

Our ESL classes are designed to help refugees and immigrants improve their English proficiency. We offer tailored lessons focusing on conversation, reading, and writing skills to facilitate integration into the community and enhance job opportunities.

Volunteers Needed: We are seeking several volunteers to lead one-on-one ESL and citizenship classes via Zoom or WhatsApp, or In-Person; as we have a growing number of adults eager to improve their English skills. These flexible, one-hour sessions can be scheduled based on your availability and take place from the comfort of your home. If you’re gifted in teaching and willing to serve, we’d love to hear from you. For more information, contact Patty Dyer at ESL@newhopeconnection.org.

Tutoring Services
Mondays, 10am

We provide one-on-one tutoring services for K-12. Our tutors offer assistance in various subjects, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages academic achievement and personal growth.

We are working with children interested in having fun and interacting with our team primarily Wednesdays at 6:00pm at Wurzbach Manor. Other times are available.  Want to help? Contact Carolyn Dick at tutoring@newhopeconnection.org .
